Becky McCaffrey, MBA / President

Becky is a general management consultant with over 25 years of private and public sector experience . Her unique blend of business, accounting, and information and technology management experience and extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills have enabled her to work with all levels within an organization to manage significant change initiatives and solve complex business problems.

Becky has an extensive portfolio of demonstrated successes in designing, planning and executing efficient and effective strategic and business plans, operational service models, organizational realignments and restructuring, programs and projects, and more. Her ability to coach, mentor and lead in a collaborative team environment and manage people through organizational change has proven invaluable to every engagement.

Joan Conniff / Business Analyst

Joan Conniff is a Senior IT Consultant with over 25 years of experience working in IT and business areas of both the private and public sectors. Her strong technical skills along with in-depth understanding of business process analysis and redesign, and legislative knowledge have provided her with an innate ability to develop and implement internal controls necessary for governance and management of information and technology assets and services. Clients can rely on her to transfer this knowledge through her unique ability to convert complex subjects into understandable concepts. Joan pays close attention to detail and is very thorough when it comes to gathering requirements, drafting or proofing various project documents and supporting Project Managers.

Tannis Weins / Change Manager

Tannis is a top-rate trainer with 8 years of computer-based training experience and more than 10 years in technical training. Her ability to capture learning objectives and create professional, interactive training presentations make learning easy and fun for clients and their staff.

Tannis specializes in classroom and web training, and she is certified in Change Management. Her advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Captivate allow her to bring a strong training presence to any engagement.
